Mirra Roche was trained by the Maitre d’Hotel and has worked at the Shangri La Hotel Singapore since 1984.
She worked as a waitress, bartender and barista at the Coffee House, Lobby Bar and French Restaurant La Tour. She has worked as Guest Relation Officer at the Xanadu Discotheque, handling crowd control, customer relations, up-selling, scheduling, reservations and handling VIPs and royalty. She was promoted to Outlet Manager at
The Traders Hotel. Mirra looks after all The Gunnery’s clients with great attention to detail and care, drawing on all her years of experience in the service industry.
